We're in this together, guys

First off, everything below is offered for free. Contact us and let us know that you're interested in receiving the invites and then we'll send them by email so you can join in any conversation that you like.


We will start off by hosting several video conference based group chats every day using Zoom:


7:00 pm, 30 minutes to talk about uncertainty, anxiety, isolation, and boredom, and ways to deal with them

9:00 pm, 30 minutes of informal conversation because staying at home can be boring. Let's connect, motivate each other to do something useful, or just enjoy some humour.

We're all going to be feeling the stress of this situation. Not only can we handle it, but we can also make the most of it.

Staying home and watching the news all day is what we might be tempted to do, but we can also add some structure and personal interaction to our days. Probably a good idea.

Some other ideas on how to spend your time and take your mind off of the news: exercise at home, read, take an online course, set up video calls with friends and family (or join ours).
