Skype or WhatsApp?

Video-call sessions are a convenient way to fit an important conversation into your schedule.

They are also a practical option if you're not in Toronto, where the office is located, and we do serve communities outside of that city.

​

Please indicate that you wish to have a video-call when making your appointment request. This has to be arranged in advance or the appointment will be booked at the office and we may not be prepared for a video-call.

WhatsApp calls are end-to-end encrypted so WhatsApp and third parties can't listen to them. 

​

This is not the case with Skype calls.

 

Also, since you are on the call outside of our office environment we cannot guarantee the same level of privacy.

 

Please consider the above before booking a video-call appointment.

We are currently evaluating other options such as Zoom.
