Maybe it wasn't your idea
Men & Therapy - The Numbers
That's what some guys say. Coming in wasn't their idea either.
Don't worry, they say that they got something out of it anyway, so you probably will too.
We'll start at "What's going on?" and go from there. No pressure.

So why do women sometimes ask the men they love to talk to someone? Lots of reasons. Top of mind are: communication in the relationship, not addressing a problem like depression, drinking, or something from childhood, ... or there's been some cheating - you or her, or both.

Mostly though, guys do book appointments on their own initiative.
You may be curious as to what counseling or therapy is like or wondering if it's for you. You may be asking yourself what to look for in a therapist and how to find a good fit. Set up a free consultation with one of us and we can offer some suggestions on that, whether you choose to work with us or not.

Men are 3 to 4 times more likely to die of suicide than women are.

Number 1 question guys ask: is this normal/ do other guys think like this?
