Treatment specialization includes:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for depression, anxiety, and living with bipolar disorder
- Consultation with a medical doctor, especially a Psychiatrist, is also highly recommended for bipolar disorder.
- Interpersonal Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT) to bring awareness to daily routines which might influence mood stability
- Mindfulness and strengths-based approaches
- Life Coaching approaches involving exploration of motivations, goal-setting, and action plans
- Guided meditation and training in self-hypnosis
- Other approaches as appropriate
- Referral to other health professionals as appropriate
