Treatment specialization includes:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for depression, anxiety, and living with bipolar disorder
    • Consultation with a medical doctor, especially a Psychiatrist, is also highly recommended for bipolar disorder.
  • Interpersonal Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT) to bring awareness to daily routines which might influence mood stability
  • Mindfulness and strengths-based approaches
  • Life Coaching approaches involving exploration of motivations, goal-setting, and action plans
  • Guided meditation and training in self-hypnosis
  • Other approaches as appropriate
  • Referral to other health professionals as appropriate
